Privacy Policy
Last updated September 15, 2026

Your details go to one advisor, and nowhere else.
This policy covers exactly what the coverage review form collects, who receives it and how to have it removed. The full text is below; this is the short version.
- No Social Security number, date of birth or income collected
- Never sold to third parties
- Delete your data by email at any time
This policy explains what Better Healthcare Choice (“we”) collects through betterhealthcarechoice.com, why we collect it, who receives it, and how to make it stop.
What we collect
When you complete the coverage review form, we collect:
- Your state
- How many people in your household need coverage
- Whether anyone in the household has major pre-existing conditions needing coverage (yes or no only)
- How soon you are looking for coverage
- Your first name, last name, phone number and email address
We also record technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from, referral source, and any campaign parameters in the URL.
What we deliberately do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, date of birth, income, medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, financial account details, or any login credentials. If you send those to us unprompted, we will delete them.
Why we collect it
- To route your request to one licensed insurance advisor who can review options in your state
- To contact you about that review by phone, text or email
- To detect and block automated form abuse
- To understand which pages and campaigns lead to useful conversations
Who receives it
Your submission goes to a licensed insurance advisor or agency authorized to discuss coverage in your state, and to the service providers that host our site, store our records, and deliver our email and analytics.
We do not sell your information to third-party lead buyers, and we do not place it into a shared lead marketplace where multiple agents bid on it. We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting the form you agree that Better Healthcare Choice and its licensed advisors may contact you by phone, text or email about health coverage, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking the advisor to stop calling, or emailing us.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to measure traffic, and to measure advertising performance. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still function, though some measurement will not.
How long we keep it
We retain submissions for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet legal, accounting and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may submit requests through our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or by emailing info@betterhealthcarechoice.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any updated version here with a new date at the top. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
