2. What this service is
Better Healthcare Choice is an independent referral service. We are not an insurance company, an insurance carrier, a health plan, or a government agency, and we are not affiliated with the federal Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicare, or Medicaid. We do not issue policies, pay claims, determine eligibility, or bind coverage.
3. No rate, no estimate, no offer
Submitting the form starts a review by a licensed insurance advisor. It does not generate a rate, an estimate, an approval, or a determination of eligibility, and it does not enroll you in any plan. Any figures shown on this site are used only to explain how coverage and pricing work.
